The Experience Dictionary
I thought I should share this. I am not claiming that what I have put here is right but my experience tells me it is not wrong either. Happy Reading!

Achiever
Most of us are achievers in our own way. The applause, the lights, a flashy medal, smiling faces… It is relative and external. Rarely, one goes into a trance, a trance when there is a silence within; you feel happiness in every bit of your body and soul. That is accomplishment, the subset of achievement. I hope every achievement is an accomplishment too.

Answers
If one is motivated enough, they always lead to more questions. I hope someday I can get an answer to the question, ‘Why am I here?’ That day, I believe, I would have got all my answers and…a brand ‘new set’ of questions.

Belief (Bumble bee belief)
Thanks to ‘The BEE movie’. According to the scientists, a bee should be unable to fly because the weight of it s body is way too much. Does a bee care what the scientist thinks? The answer to that one is”Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzz: D”

Books
They are one of the best man made things. A person who does not read, I believe would find some of the beautiful things bizarre, find it difficult to empathize and to grow.

Boredom
Boredom is a good sign. It implies that there is something more interesting that has not yet been explored. So go ahead and conquer it all!

Breakup
When the intent of the relationship is faulty, it is best to break up. - Shiv khera.

Commitment
The way someone treats his/her family, work and society in the same order. If the order is reversed, then something is going wrooooooooong!
Commitment is enjoyed only when there is love, be it relationship or job. So the basic rule is before one commits to something, one needs to ask if they really enjoy the task.

Criticism
‘You should take more breaks because it improves your work’-positive
‘You should take more breaks. Why do you work so hard? No one in the team works so hard’- jealousy in disguise.

Delay
Something better is coming up for sure. So don’t just sit and wait. Keep your eyes and ears open and make sure you keep walking.

Education
It is not how much you make after completing it; it is how much you LIVE with it.

Ego
The first step to inhumanity.

Excellence
The best work not what you can do but also the best work that could have been done for others.

Experience
When time and opportunity come together. The value of a good experience is well known to one who has had a bad experience.

Family
No family is perfect but the ones that are close to perfection have ’understanding’ as significant as a member of their family.

Feminist
A fighter hen. I am proud of all you ladies.

Fear
It is an assumption of the mind that something bad MIGHT happen. The mind takes precaution in the form of ‘fear’. So chuck the ‘if’ statement sweethearts! Let it be confined to programming.
P.S: Now don’t jump on me when I am crossing roads using the same line :)
Forgiveness
It is purely for -giving. But the trick is not to announce it out loud ;)

Freedom
It is not being able to do what one feels like. It is being able to FEEL what one feels like.

Friendship
· It s 4 a.m. I am in the hostel. I haven’t slept and I just want to undo the fight with her. I decide to apologize right then. I step out of my room. I feel the cold air and do not see a single soul. Did I lose my best friend forever? I knock .There is no response. I suddenly get scared that she might not talk to me forever .Knock again. There is no response yet. I feel lost and my mind goes blank and my heart feels heavy. Is she awake and not responding? Knock again. Void. Then the door opens and a red nosed crying monster comes out and hugs me, ’Oh Souj, I am so sorry sweetie’.
· You are in the class and you faint. Your friend does not give up! She drags you towards the clinic like you were a dead body leaving your gracious foot trail as a reference for the others in the group.
· You say something interesting and then say, ’Wait! Why am I telling you about this? You are a boy! You are so disgusting! You could have stopped me moron!’

Graveyard
Whenever I visit one, I LIVE the next two days.

Home
The only place that has maximum warmth and love. Have you noticed it’s always warm there?

Hunger
You hear a rumble in your stomach. Then a roar. Then a rumble and a roar together in your stomach.

Individual
Be ONE

Jealousy
It confirms very strongly that you have some asset which others don’t have.

Laughter
The cure to all kinds of sickness, indeed laughter is the best medicine.

Love
I am not quite sure on this one. I am blank may be because I am blind! :)

Money
A medium of exchange. I agree with the oxford dictionary on this one. There was also another interesting saying I read once. ‘If you really want to know what God thinks of money, look at the people he gave it to’.

Music
I wish we could have background scores like in the movies. Wait! Listen! Listen again!

Numbers
Are they a consequence of an event or the cause of an event? Don’t tell me they have categories now :)

Opinion
We take an opinion sometimes and the real dilemma starts afterwards.

Patience
This is a tough one. So I always tell myself a story when Mr. Patience needs to take a seat in my life.
It seems Mr. Patience has fallen in love with Ms Time. She likes him too but she s playing hard to get. I heard he spoke to her mother, Discipline. Discipline took pity on patience and told him, ‘Oh don’t you worry! I think you are a fine guy. We both should work together. And a time will come when your patience will be paid off.’
It s a childish theory but it works wonders.

Patriotism
It is not hoisting a flag early in the morning on big days but it is respecting every person from every culture every day.
It is not fighting for getting a quota system or removing it. It is stepping aside to let someone who truly deserves it use it.

Plan
The paper God looks into more often when he wants to have some fun with you.

Prayer
“God, you put me through anything you want but the charges to my entertaining shows have to be paid in the ‘strength’ currency.”

Rage
It makes me forget the real reason. I get madder! :D

Relationships
The best way to judge a person would be to look at his relationships.

Relatives
Something happens to you (good), 75% gossip or are indifferent to you and the remaining 25% are actually happy for you, but who are these 25%? :)

Religion
I wish we did not have to say Hindu, Sikh, and Muslim…Rather we could say, ‘integrity’.

Sadism
The only way some use their reasoning ability because they have neither reason nor ability.

Solitude
My best friend and my worst enemy. When he s my best friend, big ideas flow like a river over a dam and when he s my enemy, I feel like an iceberg!

Try
The word the whole world uses when it s a ‘no’ for an answer.

Unlearning
The best way to continue your journey when you reach a dead end is going back.

Warmth
I open my eyes in the morning. I see the ceiling, then the fan. There is too much silence. It annoys me a little. I turn around to get up. Then I hear mom’s call, ‘Get uuuup, it s already late!’We all wait for this call sometimes. Don’t we?

Wonder
Mystery is indeed the cause of wonder and who does not love saying ‘Woooooooooow!’
